Dennis Hopper wife filing for divorce

The divorce petition between terminally ill actor Dennis Hopper and his wife, Victoria Duffy Hopper, is going to court this morning so a judge can decide how much spousal and/or child support Mrs. Hopper will receive while the proceedings continue.

According to her attorney, Mrs. Hopper is running out of money and has nowhere to go with their 7-year-old daughter Galen, so the hearing is necessary.

Dennis Hopper has been trying to divorce his wife since shortly after his cancer diagnosis was confirmed. She is fighting him because she says it’s merely an effort to cut her out of his will, but he says they have a prenup so this shouldn’t be a problem.
