Memphis School Security Officer Accused of Rape by 16-Year-Old Girl

MEMPHIS, TN – A Memphis City Schools security officer is under investigation after he was accused of raping a 16-year-old student.

Memphis police were called to Mitchell High School, Monday, March 22, 2010, after the student reported the alleged rape.

The security officer is being held for questioning, but no charges have been filed in this case. A Memphis City Spokesperson says the incident is under investigation.
